slices of dough) Some in slick tenderness with yellow color and some as white as jade, the Niangpisi of Dun Huang tastes very delicious with special spices, being hot and mouthwatering. It is simple to make and cheap in price, a folk fast- food with a long history.
Yellow Noodles
The Dun Huang yellow noodles are as thin as dragon whiskers and as long as golden threads which are pliable and durable. It can be cooked with soup or with other vegetables, the taste of which whets the appetite, reduces the internal heat and drives away grease. Dunhuang Hand-made Noodles with Diced Meati The Dun Huang hand-made noodles with diced meat are well known far and wide, the cutting of which is very particular. With delicious succulence and fresh spices, it looks good, smells good and tastes good in a unique way. Dun Huang Liguang Apricot As red as plum, the Dun Huang Liguang apricot has light yellow skin, bright and fresh. With thin skin and thick flesh and less fiber, it tastes succulent and delicious, spreading flagrancy on all aides. Mingshan Date The quality of the Dun Huang Mingshan date is excellent for its large flesh of fame, the weight of which is 40-50 gram for each. The flesh of it is tender and delicious with rich nutrition. Yangguen Grape The Dun Huang grape can be eaten fresh as well as dried and made wine. It can be compared with that of Tulufan.
