Litchi
Shenzhen litchi is one of the four famous fruits south of the five Ridges.
Its peel is red and uneven; the core is as big as small egg, while the flesh
is as white as fat and as sweet as honey.
Sweet Peach
It tastes as sweet as honey and is size are as big as bowl-mouth, which
weighs about half catty.
Jingui Tangerine
Its color is bright golden yellow, flesh rich and succulent and taste sweet
and refreshing. More over, every tangerine is with fresh green leaves, which
looks lovely indeed.
Sand Pear
It is one of the major fruits of Shenzhen whose specialty is thin peel and
crisp flesh, which is white without dregs. The juice is sweet like honey.
Sajing Hao
The technical term of Hao is oyster, which contains rich protein and tastes
delicious. It is famous in Hong Kong, Macao and Southeast Asia for its white
color and tasty tender meat.
Dapeng Abalone
It belongs to shellfish, the meat of which is delicious.
Longgong Chicken
Its special symbol is yellow beak. Yellow fester and yellow claw with beard.
Due to its long body, the meat is thick, skin is white and smooth, and bone
is soft and most is tender which is known far and wide, a specialty of
