Entertainment in Suzhou

As a popular city for tourists, Suzhou has a few decent bars & night clubs to milk foreigners, which includes a great little Indian Bar on Renmin Road and a couple of nice little places on Shi Quan Jie.  Traditional teahouses are dotted around the town.  Art Institute on Gangzhou Lu is an especially quaint teahouse in the city.  In addition, the developers are pulling down a lot of the old city, which usually means an influx of western style restaurants and bars.

There are most of the night bars and pubs in Shiquan located at Jie Suzhou, where this is a main gathering place for tourists.  The bars offer rock, blues and pop music; also facilitate with pool, darts and other games.  Here you can enjoy the cheaper wine, warm service, good food and pool games.
