Biluochun tea
Biluochun tea is one of the ten famous Chinese ten. The time of picking tealeaves must be from the beginning of Qingming (pure Bright-ness-5th solar term) up to the end of Guyu (Grain Hain-6th solar term) and the technology of making tea is also very particular. It wholly relies on two hands to rub, scrub, roll and parch repeatedly. It wholly. The best-prepared Biluochun tealeaves are shrunken curled like screws, fresh and clean with white nap. The white loquat goes on the market on the last ten days of May. Since it is not so easy to lay in, the period of supplying is short. Therefore, if you want to taste the fresh ones, you have to have a trip during the last ten days of May or in the beginning of June to Suzhou.

Taihu Lake Silver Fish
Emerald hairpin in shape and ivory in color, the silver fish in the Taihu Lake has soft bone and no scale. Its flesh is tender and taste is dainty which Japanese calls "Fish Ginseng" due to its nutrition.

Yangcheng Lake Crab
Yangcheng Lake is situated in the north east of Suzhou which has clean water and whose water quality is superb. The huge crab it produces is far better than that of other places in meat and taste, which is reputed "King Crab". The ordinary one weighs around half catty while the bigger one around 0.7 to 0.8 catty. It is renowned for its tender meat, rich nutrition, fat ovary and digestive glands and dainty taste at home and abroad. The female crab grows up in September with rich ovary and digestive glands, while the male one grows up in October with the pretty fat.

Suzhou Embroidery
Having the history of more than 2600 years, the Suzhou embroidery is one of the four famous embroideries of china. The stitching ways of the Suzhou embroidery have 9 categories and 48 styles. The color it makes is harmonious and elegant which does not leave stiff or dropping stitches and uneven laces by harmonious stitching

Song Brocade
The weaving art of the Song Brocade is very unique. There are dual warps, the surface one and bottom one. Hence it is called double brocade. The design of the Song Brocade is elegant and the color is refined. Smooth and flat, it feels antique and quaint which in divided into big, combined and small three categories.

Suzhou fan
There are numerous kinds of Suzhou fan, the most famous of which are folding fan, sandal wood fan and mandarin silk fan.
