1.Place to eat
The Nanshi Food Street is a covered alley with a lot of restaurants. The ethnic buildings on this street are very attractive. The most famous Tianjin food is Goubuli Baozi, a sort of steamed bun filled with pork meat, spices and gravy. Delicious food also includes Guifaxiang fried dough twists, eardrum fired sponge cakes, Zhilanzhai dry fruit, Mingshunzhai pan cakes, porridge with osmanthus flowers.

3.Ancient Culture Street
The Ancient Culture Street is an attempt to recreate the appearance of an ancient Chinese city. Besides the traditional buildings, the street is lined with hundreds of vendors plugging every imaginable type of culture goody, including ancient books, New Year posters, Zhang family clay figures, Wei family kites, and various handicrafts.

4.Great Theatre of China
The theatre is located in Heping District, where performances are always given.

5.Museums
Guangdong Guild Hall is known as the Museum of Opera, which is located in Nakai District.

Tianjing Art Museum is located at Chengde Street, Heping District. It has collections of ceramics, bronze vessels, jade, and ancient paintings.
