Zhangjiajie China is an important tourist destination in the northwest of
Hunan Province. It has an area of 9,563 square kilometers and a population of 1.5 million.
Zhangjiajie lies in the Wulingshan mountain area. It has a subtropical monsoon climate with an annual average temperature of 16.8C, and has 268 frost-free days. The Yuhuangdong Cave, the Puguang Temple, the Feitan Waterfall, and the Tianmenshan Mountain. The famous products are polemos, Maojian tea, Longxia tea, Hongza tea, and oranges.
