Travel is not liable for any damages, loss, accident, injury, delay
which may incur by any reason or by default of any company, or by
defect of any vehicle, or by negligence of any person, or default of
tour or car or hotel operator, or by connection of any weather,
strikes, thefts, sickness, quarantine, force majeure or acts of
God.
