Dear Oriental Travel, Thank you so much for your recent E-mail My wife and I were so impressed with the manner that you planned and executed our recent visit to Hong Kong and Beiging, from the moment that you had us picked up at Hong Kong airport for the first time until our departure for Canada at the conclusion of our visit. We also appreciated your calling us at the Marco Polo Prince Hotel in Hong Kong on a couple of occasions to ensure that all was going well for us. We think that the opportunity to walk on the Great Wall of China was perhaps the highlight of our tour, an opportunity to achieve a lifetime desire. We enjoyed the programs and activities very much so with the visit to the Chinese Acrobatic show as a prime example. Our stay in Beiging was the climax of our visit to China. The Gloria Plaza Hotel was a superb hotel to stay at both for its spendour and convenient location, the staff there were most helpful and courteous. The food in general was excellent, the American Buffet style breakfast was very good but the Beiging Duck Dinner perhaps was the meal that we will remember the most. I would most certainly recommend your services to our friends and relatives, so I have already contacted our travel agent in Toronto and have informed him of your agency. In conclusion the tour guide "Johnathen" was an excellent host and a credit to the company that he represents his detailed information of the various tour sites was very well received, his knowledge of these various places that we visited was vast, we will remember him for many years to come. We will also cherish the memory of our driver "Peter" who greeted us daily with a smiling face. Our final compliment goes to you Colin for making the chance of a stop over in Hong Kong into a very memorable period in our lives. Your corespondance to us via E-mail in Australia was delivered in a very business like manner and you fulfilled everything that you promised that you would provide.
