Thank you so much for all your patience and efforts on our behalf. You provide such a wonderful service. The Nikko will be our last night in Japan and will be memorable, I'm sure, because of your hard work. We will be taking an 8 am flight out of Kansai on the 18th. Thanks to you, we will be able to make our flight will the least amount of hassle.

More importantly, my mother immigrated to the United States from Hineno, a few minutes away from the Kansai Airport in 1917 when she was 12 years old. We plan to visit her relatives there and tell them of my mother's recent passing at the age of 99. My son and grand daughter will also be able to see where my mother was born.
