2000 China International Environmental Protection Industry Trade Seminar in Beijing
A: 'China Friendly Cities International Conference 2000' will be held in China. The conference will be sponsored by the State Council of China and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is the first time for China to organize such an international mayor conference. Mayors from over 70 foreign countries will attend the conference and will discuss urban development issues with more than 200 mayors of China.
Following the conference, 'China International Friendly Cities Exchanging Exhibition and Trade Seminar' will be held. It will be sponsored by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT). During this period, seminars for discussion of urban development issues will be held, including '2000 China International Environmental Protection Industry Trade Seminar in Beijing'.
B: Brief of the Seminar
The environmental protection industry trade seminar, one of series trade seminars related to 2000 China International Friendship City Exchange Exhibition, will be held in Beijing between 28 and 29 September this year. China is one of the fastest economic growing countries and one of largest environmental industry markets in the world. The trade Seminar will provide the opportunity of meeting so many Chinese officials and entrepreneurs under one roof.
