Brief Introduction
Industrial subcontracting which is an important form of cooperation and trade in modern industry, includes subcontracting manufacturing and processing of industrial parts and components by OEM, ODM, OBM and other processing trade. It's used to name industrial subcontracting in China as partnership, processing with supplied materials, production according to supplied samples, assembling by supplied parts and components. Now China has built up a considerable strength in such industries as machinery, electronics and electricity, automobile manufacturing, aerospace, shipbuilding, rubber and composite materials. The industrial subcontracting has got great development and made an important contribution to promote the I. & E. Trade of China. Due to the globalization of economy and fast development of transnational companies, industrial subcontracting trade becomes a feature of the modern industrial production, the international division of work and trade nowadays. Recently concerned authority of China has decided to develop manufacturing of mechanical parts and components as products of special promotion.
