Oriental Travel provides On-line tour package reservation and On-line payment methods for tour customers. Please choose one of the following methods at your preference:

1. On-line Reservation, On-line Payment by Credit Cards: (Visa, Master or American Express Card)

   1. Review the tour package of your destination.

   2. Click Tour Order Form to reserve your preferred tour package.

   3. Fill in the Tour Order Form to reserve your tour package and click [Send] to us.

   4. Oriental Travel will normally confirm your reservation within 2 working days and send you our on-line payment instruction.

   5. Complete your payment on-line using major credit cards (Visa, Master or American Express).

Our exchange rate is USD 1 = CNY(RMB) 6.78

We accept Visa, Master and American Express card.

Terms and Conditions:

Oriental Travel reserves the right to change prices and availability without prior notice.

1. Order should be placed by completing the Tour Order Form and submitted to Oriental Travel at least 3 working days before departure date of the trip that you wish to take.

2. Please provide your personal information, including name, sex, date of birth, nationality, and passport number, as well as departure date and service (including the standard of accommodation) to be required.

3. Upon receiving your information, we will confirm your tour within 1 working day. Please make the payment to Oriental Travel within 2 working days after receiving the confirmation from us.

4. If you wish to change your tour, you must inform Oriental Travel at least 3 working days before your departure date.

5. Please make sure to purchase your international standard of travel insurance coverage before your departure from your country.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. You are entitled to cancel your tour after you accepted confirmation of your reservation, only a handling charges of US$20 will be imposed with the condition that you must inform us at least 3 working days before your tour start date.

2. If cancellation of a tour less than 3 working days prior to your tour start date in Hong Kong or no show, 100% of the tour fare will be charged.

3. If a change to the confirmed itinerary or service standard is caused by forces, such as weather, unforeseen circumstances, political upheavals, etc., neither party shall be held responsible, and any extra cost thus caused shall be covered by the tourist himself.

4. If a change to the confirmed itinerary or service standard is caused by an air or rail transportation company, or other factors that are beyond the control of Oriental Travel or Tour Operators, we shall not be held responsible for the losses thus caused.

5. If a tourist has to leave his tour group because of accident, injury, or serious illness, a refund of 50% of the unused tour fare shall be made to the tourist. No refund will be made available for a tour member who otherwise quit the tour group on his account.

6. No refund shall be given for any portions for the tour package unused by the participant of his own accord.

* All cancellations must be in writing and will only be effective upon receipt by Oriental Travel.

* You should purchase your travel insurance in your country before starting your trip to Hong Kong for international insurance requirement standards.

* You have to obtain your Hong Kong Visa before your trip to Hong Kong.

Tour Package Reservation Responsibilities and Conditions:

Oriental Travel reserves the right to cancel or adjust the tour before departure. Oriental Travel also reserve the right to adjust the tour prices at any time base on the cost fluctuation. The tour supplier reserve the right to make adjustment of hotel accommodations, transportation, and tour schedule and services in order to carry out the tour with best services and in case of unforeseen circumstance. Oriental Travel reserves the right to decline to accept any person to join any tour if necessary at any time and a full amount of the fee will be refunded.

Oriental Travel is acting as the tour agent in the tour reservation and arrangement, all confirmation and coupons issued by Oriental Travel will be subject to the terms and conditions of the tour operators in China. The tour operators are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Oriental Travel. In using this services, Oriental Travel is not liable for any damages, loss, accident, injury, delay which may incur by any reason or by default of any company, or by defect of any vehicle, or by negligence of any person, or default of hotel, or by connection of any weather, strikes, thefts, sickness, quarantine, force majeure or acts of God.
