For Shuttle Bus Reservation, please make your request in the "Remark Box/Field" when you submit your Hotel Reservation or Tour Reservation, we will process your order together with your Hotel or Tour order.

After your reservation has been confirmed by Oriental Travel. Upon arrival of Hong Kong International Airport, please identify yourself at the Shuttle Bus Counter Vigor at the B-13 in the Arrival Hall Level 5 (Opposite Exit B) for your shuttle bus service, please click to review the Shuttle Bus Operator – Vigor at the Airport Passenger Terminal Building  

　

　

Terms and Conditions:

1.      No-show or cancellation on or departures made without Eight (8) working hours prior notice will be charged fully.

2.      Children aged under three (3) years of age free of charge.  However, in the event of no-seats available must sit with their accompanying adult.

3.      Under normal circumstances, we will arrange a transportation service to and from CLK airport and hotels with a maximum of four (4) on route stops as pickups or drop-offs per single journey.

4.      Transport coach will be 20 seater or 41 seater.

5.      The baggage allowances for passengers traveling on all coaches are as follows:

a.       Each passenger can check-in a maximum of two (2) pieces of baggage, total dimensions per bad shall not exceed 158 cm (62”) – regular size suitcases;

b.      Maximum weight per bag shall not exceed 20 kg. (44 lbs);

c.       The driver may refuse to handle baggage that are larger or heavier;

d.      Passengers with baggage that exceeds the dimensions and weight must contact the shuttle bus operator (VASSL) for alternative arrangement.  We cannot guarantee that there will be available storage space on the assigned vehicle.  There will be a surcharge for excess baggage.

6.      Shuttle Bus service is on per hour basis from 05:00 am till 09:00 pm for departure from hotel to airport and per half an hour basis from 06:15 am till 00:30 am for arrival from airport to hotel.

　

Transportation and Tour Reservation Responsibilities and Conditions:
Travelnet Ltd is acting as the travel agent in the car reservation and tour arrangements, all confirmation and coupons issued by Travelnet will be subject to the terms and conditions of the transportation or tour suppliers in China, Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan. The transportation or tour suppliers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Travelnet. In using this services, Travelnet is not liable for any damages, loss, accident, injury, delay which may incur by any reason or by default of any company, or by defect of any vehicle, or by negligence of any person, or default of tour or car or hotel operator, or by connection of any weather, strikes, thefts, sickness, quarantine, force majeure or acts of God.
