The Galaxy Hotel, situated in the Shanghai Hongqiao Economic Development Zone, convenient in communication and beautiful in surroundings, is a four-star hotel, novel and unique in design, as well as streamlined and graceful in architecture.
The 35-storey main building of the hotel has a total floor space of 70,000 m2, with a large parking lot able to accommodate over 100 vehicles at the same time. There are lobbies on the first and second floors for checking in individual guests and groups respectively.
The hotel boasts a presidential suite, distinctive suites, deluxe suites and 650 standard guest rooms, all well furnished with closed-circuit colour television, satellite television, automatic program-controlled telephones stereo acoustics, smoke-sensor alarm system and automatic shower baths.
We offer comprehensive catering and recreation services. In addition to special halls for groups there are multifunctional halls for banquets, dinner parties parties, international conventions, art performances and different kinds of exhibitions. The hotel has a number of restaurants serving different kinds of Chinese and Western foods; there is the Poolside Coffee Shop, the Terrace Restaurant, the Korean Restaurant, the Chao Gong City Restaurant, etc. They serve different styles of well-known Chinese dishes and refreshments, and authentic Korean dishes and refreshments to entertain as many as 2,000 guests at the same time.
