Remarks :

1.      All rates quoted for China Cross Border include Hong Kong - China Cross - Border road fee and tunnel fee.
Note: Additional USD40 is charged for transfer to/from the Hong Kong Airport on top of cross border journey.

2.      Additional charges will be applied for pick up at suburban areas depend on the location and will be quoted upon request.

3.      Additional fee USD25 per hour is charged for hiring the car to destinations other than those stated above.

4.      Late charges for Hong Kong to China (single journey) : if the hired car cannot return to Hong Kong on the same day as a result of delay caused by customer, customer has to pay a surcharge of USD175.

5.      All the above rates are subject to change without prior notice.

6.      For Cancellation more than 2 working day, there will be a charge of US$20 for administration fee.

7.      Full charge will be applied for No Show or Cancellation less than 2 days.

8.      Travelnet Ltd assumes no liability for any loss of property or valuable articles inside the baggage; any loss of personal belongings in the vehicle, fragile or perishable articles and any legal fees and cost of any kind relating to the passenger's claim.

9.      Booking application (with full names and flight details) from the customer must be received by Travelnet 3 working days in advance prior arrival.

10.  Acceptance of booking subject to final confirmation issued by Travelnet to the customer.

Transportation and Tour Reservation Responsibilities and Conditions:
Travelnet Ltd is acting as the travel agent in the car reservation and tour arrangements, all confirmation and coupons issued by Travelnet will be subject to the terms and conditions of the transportation or tour suppliers in China, Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan. The transportation or tour suppliers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Travelnet. In using this services, Travelnet is not liable for any damages, loss, accident, injury, delay which may incur by any reason or by default of any company, or by defect of any vehicle, or by negligence of any person, or default of tour or car or hotel operator, or by connection of any weather, strikes, thefts, sickness, quarantine, force majeure or acts of God.
