OrientalTravel.Com provides both On-line and Off-line reservation methods for hotel customers. Please choose one of the following methods at your preference:

1. On-line Reservation:

   1. Review the hotels of your destination city.

   2. Click [Select] to reserve your preferred hotel.

   3. Fill in the Secured Hotel Booking System and click to [Submit].

   4. OrientalTravel.Com will confirm your reservation within 1 working day and request you to re-confirm your order with credit card authorization.

2. Off-line Reservation:

   1. Review the hotels at your destination city.

   2. Click for Hotel Reservation Form to reserve your hotel.

   3. Fill in the Hotel Reservation Form and click [Send] or fax to us at (852) 3171-2678.

   4. OrientalTravel.Com will confirm your reservation within 1 working day and send you Credit Card Authorization Form.

   5. Fill in your credit card information on the Credit Card Authorization Form and fax to us at (852) 3171-2678 within 2 days.
      Or you can Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account within 2 days after we confirmed your hotel reservation.

(If you reserve your hotel less than 4 days before your check-in date, you must provide your Credit Card Authorization by fax to guarantee your hotel reservation.)

Payment Methods

(Our exchange rate is US$ 1 = HK$ 7.75)

We accept Visa, Master and American Express card.

All hotel rates are pre-paid net rates; the rates included tax and service charges. Payment must be paid in advance within two days after we confirmed your hotel reservation.

Please choose one of the following payment methods.

1. By Credit Card (Visa, Master or American Express cards)

   We will confirm your reservation within one working day. After your acceptance of the confirmation, we will charge your credit card for the authorized amount.

2. By Telegraphic Transfer to our Bank Account.

   Please telegraphic transfer the amount upon receipt of our confirmation.

Hotel Rates and Availability:

Travelnet Ltd. reserves the right to change prices and availability without prior notice. Your credit card will only be charged after your confirmation of the acceptance of the hotel reservation and prices.

Reservation Amendment:

Please send us your request with your reservation order number and name via "Contact Us" subject to the following conditions:

1. For reservation amendment more than 4 working days before arrival, there will be no charge for amendment. (Except otherwise stated in our confirmation email.)

2. For reservation amendment less than 4 working days before arrival, there will be a charge equal to the room rate of the first night per room booked of your hotel reservation.

   (Except otherwise stated in our confirmation email.)

Reservation Cancellation:

Please send us your request with your reservation order number and name via "Contact Us" subject to the following conditions:

1. For reservation cancellation more than 4 working days before arrival, there will be a charge of US$20 for administration fee. (Except otherwise stated in our confirmation email.)

2. For reservation cancellation less than 4 working days before arrival, there will be a charge equal to the room rate of the first night per room booked of your hotel reservation plus US$20 for administration fee.  (Except otherwise stated in our confirmation email.)

3. For special high season periods, Trade Shows, and Canton Fair hotel reservation, acceptance of full period guarantee is required upon our confirmation email. In such case, 100% of the total payment will be charged once your reservation is confirmed and guaranteed. There will be no refund for cancellation, no-show or amendment.

Hotel Full:

We cannot guarantee the availability of hotel rooms of your reservation order at the time of your order submission. Under the circumstances that the hotel you want to reserve is full, we shall notify you via e-mail to advise you to change to another hotel. Your credit card will not be charged until you accept the alternate hotel reservation.

Hotel Reservation Responsibilities and Conditions:

Travelnet Ltd. is acting as the hotel agent in the hotel reservation and arrangement, all confirmation and coupons issued by Travelnet will be subject to the terms and conditions of the hotel operators. The hotel operators are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Travelnet. In using these services, Travelnet is not liable for any damages, loss, accident, injury, delay which may incur by any reason or by default of any company, or by defect of any vehicle, or by negligence of any person, or default of hotel, or by connection of any weather, strikes, thefts, sickness, quarantine, force majeure or acts of God.
