OrientalTravel.com provides On-line tour package reservation, On-line and Off-line payment methods for tour customers. Please choose one of the following methods at your preference:

   1. Review the tour package of your destination.

   2. Click Tour Order Form to reserve your preferred tour package.

   3. Fill in the Tour Order Form to reserve your tour package and click [Send] to us.

   4. OrientalTravel.com will normally confirm your reservation within 2 working days and send you Credit Card Authorization Form.

   5. Fill in your credit card information on the Credit Card Authorization Form and fax to us at (852)-3171-2678

2. On-line Reservation, Off-line Payment by Telegraphic Transfer:

   1. Review the tour package of your destination.

   2. Click Tour Order Form to reserve your preferred tour package.

   3. Fill in the Tour Order Form to reserve your tour package and click [Send] or fax to us at (852)-3171-2678.

   4. OrientalTravel.com will normally confirm your reservation within 2 working days and send you Telegraphic Transfer information.

   5. Telegraphic Transfer the amount to our bank account in Hong Kong. (Normally the telegraphic transfer will be confirmed within 3 days.)

(If you reserve your tour less than 7 days before your tour start date, you must provide your Credit Card Authorization by fax to guarantee your tour reservation.)

Terms and Conditions:

Travelnet Ltd reserves the right to change prices and availability without prior notice. Your credit card will only be charged after your confirmation of the acceptance of the tour reservation and prices.

1. Order should be placed by completing the Tour Order Form and submitted to OrientalTravel.com 15 working days before departure date of the trip that you wish to take.

2. Please provide your personal information, including name, sex, date of birth, occupation, nationality, and passport number, as well as departure date and service (including the standard of accommodation) to be required.

3. Upon receipt of your tour order, we will confirm your tour within 2 working days. Please make payment to Travelnet Ltd. within 3 working days after receipt of confirmation. All tour fees must be paid to Travelnet Ltd. at least 5 working days before departure of your tour in China.

4. You can choose to pay 100% of your tour fee OR 30% of the tour fee as deposit after confirmation of your tour reservation, and the balance 70% of the tour fee at least 15 working days before departure of your tour in China.

5. If you wish to change your tour, you must inform Travelnet Ltd at least 15 working days before your departure date. Any extra charge or loss incurred due to such change will be borne by you.

6. Please make sure to purchase your international standard of travel insurance coverage before your departure from your country. You have to obtain your China Visa before your trip to China.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. You are entitled to cancel your tour after your tour is confirmed with payment, only a handling charges of US$50 will be imposed with the condition that you must inform us at least 15 working days before your tour start date.

2. Cancellation of a tour 15-12 working days prior to your tour start date in China, 10% of the tour fare as cancellation fee will be charged.

3. Cancellation of a tour 11-8 days prior to your tour start date in China, 30% of the tour fare as cancellation fee will be charged.

4. Cancellation of a tour less than 7 working days prior to your tour start date in China or no show, 100% of the tour fare will be charged.

5. If a change to the confirmed itinerary or service standard is caused by forces, such as weather, unforeseen circumstances, political upheavals, etc., neither party shall be held responsible, and any extra cost thus caused shall be covered by the tourist himself.

6. If a change to the confirmed itinerary or service standard is caused by an air or rail transportation company, or other factors that are beyond the control of Travelnet Ltd. or Tour Operators, we shall not be held responsible for the losses thus caused.

7. If a tourist has to leave his tour group because of accident, injury, or serious illness, a refund of 50% of the unused tour fare shall be made to the tourist. No refund will be made available for a tour member who otherwise quit the tour group on his account.

8. No refund shall be given for any portions for the tour package unused by the participant of his own accord.

Special Cancellation Term for the Yangtze River Cruise:

1. A non-refundable deposit of USD100 per person is charged once the Yangtze River cruise is confirmed with payment.

2. Full payment with all passenger details must be received 30 working days before departure, or space may be cancelled.

3. Booking with tours departure after 30 days, full payment and passenger details should be received. It is refundable if the cruise company can't confirm the tour.

4. The following cancellation fees will be applied:

   1. Confirmation to 30 working days before departure: USD100 per person

   2. 30-16 working days before departure: 20% of cruise price

   3. 15-7 working days before departure: 50% of cruise price

   4. 7 working days or less before departure: 100% of cruise price

Additional penalties may apply for air, train, ferry or cruise-ship tickets which have already been issued or for deposits paid to hotels on the basis of the cancellation policies of the related parties.

Tour Package Reservation Responsibilities and Conditions:

Travelnet Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or adjust the tour before departure. Travelnet also reserve the right to adjust the tour prices at any time base on the cost fluctuation. The tour supplier reserve the right to make adjustment of hotel accommodations, transportation, and tour schedule and services in order to carry out the tour with best services and in case of unforeseen circumstance. Travelnet reserves the right to decline to accept any person to join any tour if necessary at any time and a full amount of the fee will be refunded.

Travelnet Ltd. is acting as the tour agent in the tour reservation and arrangement, all confirmation and coupons issued by Travelnet will be subject to the terms and conditions of the tour operators. The tour operators are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Travelnet. In using these services, Travelnet is not liable for any damages, loss, accident, injury, delay which may incur by any reason or by default of any company, or by defect of any vehicle, or by negligence of any person, or default of hotel, or by connection of any weather, strikes, thefts, sickness, quarantine, force majeure or acts of God.
