The three gullies in the Yangtze River - a flowing gallery.

The Yangtze River located in the eastern part of Asia inside China. It is the first longest river in China and the third longest river in the world.

The source of the Yangtze River is in the Southwest in the Geladandong Mountain in the Tangula Mountain.

The three gullies in the Yangtze River are from Baidi City in Sichuan Province in the West to the Jinguan in Hubei Province in the East. When you go downstream by boat, you can feel the succinct of the Yangtze River - the three gullies. The scenes on both sides are like a flowing gallery.

Tour Schedule:

Day 1: Chongqing

Arrive Chongqing and transfer to preboard cruise for over night.

 

Day 2: Yangtze Cruise (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Set sail early and disembark later at Fengdu, the City of the Ghosts. When strolling around the magnificent temples, please don't feel uneasy with those lifelike statues of ghosts. According to the local legend and superstition, the dead come to Fengdu and the devils go to the hell.

 

Day 3: Yangtze Cruise (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Today you will cruise through some of the most impressive and scenic gorges in the world. Lush green hills and sheer rock cliffs border the Qutang and Wu Gorges. The misty canyons peaked with magnificent pagodas have long been a favorite motif of traditional Chinese painting. Each gorge is different in nature, and each bend of the river reveals a new view, each more breathtaking than the previous. When arriving at Wushan, you will disembark, and then board a motor boat to see the Little Three Gorges. This evening Victoria Cruise will serve you a Captain's dinner party.

 

Day 4: Yangtze Cruise (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

This morning you will visit the gigantic and much publicized hydroelectric project, the Three Gorges and Gezhou Dams. Between these dams is Xiling Gorge, the last and largest of the Three Gorges. Around the bend in the river stretches a vast plain. Your cruise continues to Yichang, a thriving city and " gateway to Southwest China ". Later in the day you will reach Jingzhou, one of the important cities in Central China.

 

Day 5: Yangtze Cruise/Wuhan/Lushan(Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Today you will arrive Wuhan, the capital of Hubei Province. Visit the Yellow Crane Tower for a commanding view of the mighty Yangtze River. Then to Lushan in the evening.

 

Day 6: Lushan (Breakfast/Lunch)

Full day tour to Mt. Lushan

 

Day 7: Lushan/Huangshan (Breakfast/Lunch)

Full day tour to Mt. Huangshan.

 

Day 8: Huangshan/Nanjing (Breakfast/Lunch)

Tour to Mt. Huangshan. Then to Nanjing city

 

Day 9: Nanjing/Shanghai (Breakfast/Lunch)

Tour to Nanjing city, visit Dr. Sun Yat-Sen's Mausoleum and the Mausoleum of the First emperor of the Ming Dynasty. Then to Shanghai

 

Day 10: Shanghai (Breakfast/Lunch)

Full day to Yu Yuan Garden which is an old Chinese quarter of Shanghai where cobbled street are lined with traditional shops selling herbal medicines, handicrafts, Chinese tea, and a variety of tantalizing snacks. Here we can stroll through moon gates and latticed pavilions. Then we visit the Bund lined with gracious European buildings over looking the Huangpu River. You may also walk along the busiest Nanjing Road to mix with the Chinese shoppers.

Day 11 : Shanghai (Breakfast)
Departure transfer to airport.
