Tour Reservation Procedures:

OrientalTravel.Com provides On-line tour package reservation and Off-line payment methods for tour customers. Please choose one of the following methods at your preference:

(1) On-line Reservation, Off-line Payment by Credit Cards: (Visa or Master Cards)

1. Review the tour package of your destination.
2. Click [Tour Order Form] to reserve your preferred tour package.
3. Fill in the Tour Order Form to reserve your tour package WITHOUT credit card information and click [Send] or fax to us at (852)-2865-3768.
4. OrientalTravel.Com will normally confirm your reservation within 48 hours and send you Credit Card Authorization Form.
5. Fill in your credit card information on the Credit Card Authorization Form and fax to us at (852)-2865-3768

4. OrientalTravel.Com will normally confirm your reservation within 48 hours and send you Telegraphic Transfer information.
5. Telegraphic Transfer the amount to our bank account in Hong Kong. (Normally the telegraphic transfer will be confirmed within two days.)

Payment Methods: (Please chooses one of the following payment methods.)

(1). By Credit Card (Visa or Master Cards) - offline by fax after tour reservation.

Please fill in your credit card information on the Credit Card Authorization Form and fax to our office at (852)-2865-3768.
(The Credit Card Authorization Form will be sent to you upon our confirmation of your tour reservation, normally within 48 hours of your reservation.)

Please telegraphic transfer the amount upon receipt of our confirmation.
Payment to: Travelnet Limited.
Banker: The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited.
Hopewell Centre Branch, Hong Kong.
Bank Account No. 004-048-4-603535.
Please fax the telegraphic transfer copy to us at (852)-2865-3768.

 

1. Order should be placed by completing the Tour Order Form and send it to OrientalTravel.com at least 7 working days before the tour departure date.

2. Please provide your personal information, including name, sex, and nationality as well as departure date and service (the standard of accommodation) to be required.

3. Upon receiving your information, we will confirm your tour within 2 working days. You will make the payment to the OrientalTravel.com within 3 working days after receiving the confirmation from us.

4. If you wish to change your tour, you must inform OrientalTravel.com at least 5 working days before your departure date. Any extra charge or loss incurred due to such change will be borne by you.

 

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1) You are entitled to cancel your tour after you accepted confirmation of your reservation, a handling charges of US$20 will be imposed with the condition that you must inform us at least 5 working days before your departure date.

2) Late cancellation of less than 5 working days before tour departure date is charged 50% of the tour price.    No refund will be given for no show.

3) If a change to the confirmed itinerary or service standard is caused by forces, such as weather, unforeseen circumstances, political upheavals, etc. , neither party shall be held responsible, and any extra cost thus caused shall be covered by the tourist himself.

4) If a change to the confirmed itinerary or service standard is caused by an air or rail transportation company, or other factors that are beyond the control of Travelnet Limited or our business partners, We shall not be held responsible for the losses thus caused.

5) If a tourist has to leave his tour group because of accident, injury, or serious illness, a refund of 50% of the unused tour fare shall be made to the tourist. No refund will be made available for a tour member who otherwise quit the tour group on his account.

6) No refund shall be given for any portions for the package unused by the participant of his own accord.

All cancellations must be in written and will only be effective upon receipt by Travelnet Limited.
