Tour Itinerary:
Day 1: Beijing ( / /Dinner )
Upon your arrival in Beijing Capital International Airport you will be met by our CTS guide and escorted to your hotel. Rest of day at leisure.

Day 2 : Beijing (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Today, we take you for a stroll in the world largest Tiananmen Square which is bordered by the Great Hall of the People and Chinese History Museum, with Mao's mausoleum in the center. Then we go to the Forbidden City, the complex of imperial palaces which were home to the Ming and Qing emperors for over 500 years. Some of the grand halls have been used as museums for fine collections of Chinese paintings and calligraphy and other treasured articles. After a Chinese lunch, we visit the Temple of Heaven, an exquisite example of Ming architecture, where the emperors performed the annual rites believed to be essential to the well-being of the nation. Then we visit the Beijing Zoo and the Summer Palace, where the Qing emperors used to live during summer to escape the heat.

Day 3 : Beijing (Breakfast/Lunch)
An unforgettable day for you to make your dream come true. Escorted by our guide, you will visit the world renowned Great Wall, a great man-made structure in China. You will ascend one or two of its majestically standing towers and enjoy a unique view of the Wall winding among the undulating mountains. After lunch we take you to visit the Ming Tombs where 13 Ming emperors were buried.
Overnight train to Xian on soft sleepers. It is 1,200km from Beijing to Xian. The train journey is about 14.2 hours at night and may be in a four berth cabin.

Day 4 : Xian (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Full day excursion to the unparalleled highlight Terra- Cotta Warriors and Horses at the Tomb of Qin Shi Huang, the first emperor in China. Then visit to Banpo Village - the remains of a neolithic village dating back 6000 years. Primitive tools and household utensils are displayed in the Banpo Museum.
Accommodation: Jianguo hotel (4 star hotel in Xian), or similar.

Day 5 : Xian/Shanghai (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
Attend the Entering the City Ceremony for welcoming guests into Xian city on the ancient City Wall which was built in 1370 A. D. The ceremony is held there in order to reproduce the high courteous reception of the prosperous Tang Dynasty according to the historical records and visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, which was built in 652 A. D. It contains a large volume of Buddhist scriptures, which were obtained from India by the eminent monk of Xuanzang.

Day 6 : Shanghai (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)
We visit the Yu Yuan (Mandarin's Garden), which is and old Chinese quarter of Shanghai where cobbled streets are lined with traditional shops selling herbal medicines, handicrafts, Chinese tea, and a variety of tantalizing snacks. Then sightseeing the Bund lined with gracious European building over looking the Huangpu River and Nanking Road.

Departure transfer to airport to connect flight home

1.Traffic-jams always happen of the Changan Street in Beijing.
2. From May to June and September to November is the best time to travel in Beijing.
3. Breakfast will be western breakfast. Lunch and supper will be Chinese food. A famous Chinese cuisine of a Beijing Duck will be served for dinner.
