  3. Upon receiving your information, we will confirm your tour within 1 working day. Please make the payment to Oriental Travel within 2 working days after receiving the confirmation from us.
  4. If you wish to change your tour, you must inform Oriental Travel BEFORE TOUR BOOKING DEADLINE
  5. Please make sure to purchase your international standard of travel insurance coverage before your departure from your country
  6. If cancellation of a tour  AFTER TOUR BOOKING DEADLINE prior to your tour start date OR no show, 100% of the tour fare will be charged.
