the center of the Chengdu Plain, Chengdu is the capital of Sichuan Province.
For nearly 2500 years, it has been the economic and cultural center of the
province. Long noted for its brocade industry, Chengdu was named Jincheng
or the Brocade City in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Known
as a land flowing with milk and honey since ancient times, Chengdu is
abundant in natural resources, talented people and places of historical
interest and scenic beauty. They include the forceful Emeishan,
the Min River
that flows over the Le Mountain and a lot of temples, such as Baoguo Temple, Wannian Temple
and so on. All these places are the famous places of interest. Among them,
the Buddha in the Le Mountain is the first biggest one in the world, it is
really worth seeing. Itinerary : Beijing, Chengdu, Emeishan,
and Leshan,

Schedule:
Day 1: To picked up at Beijing
airport and go to hotel.
Day 2: Morning tour to the
Imperial Palace, known as the Forbidden City, one of the greatest
feats of ancient Chinese architecture, Temple of Heaven where the
emperors prayed for good harvest. Afternoon sightseeing Summer Palace
- a former summer resort area of the royal family.
Day 3: Full day excursion
to the Great Wall - the landmark of China. It is one of the most
amazing feats of heats of human labor, it is a great
man-made structure in China.
After lunch, a drive to the Ming Tombs along the Sacred Way with giant marble figures
and animals guarding the tomb area for deceased emperors of the Ming Dynasty.
Welcome Beijing Duck Banquet in the evening.
Day 4: Fly to Chengdu
and and transfer to hotel.
Day 5: In the morning, go to
Leshan and visit the Grand Buddha,
which is the biggest of such carvings in the world. Afternoon, go to Emeishan.
Day 6: The Emei Mountain is known for its stiff
cliffs, high visiting peaks, roaring
waterfalls, gurgling springs, towering ancient trees and fragrant flowers.
The highest peak of mountain is 3099 meters above sea level. The total rugged
road to its summits is 75 kilometers long. A full day sightseeing to the Baoguo Temple, Wanmian Temple
and Gold Top.
Day 7: Drive back to Chengdu.
Afternoon city tour of Chengdu:
Wuhou
Temple and Du Fu Cottage.
Day 8: Check out after
breakfast. Transportation escort to the airport.

the best time to travel
to Emeishan and Leshan.
2. Please bring more clothes when
you go to the top of Emeishan.
3. If there is snow on Emeishan, the trip to Emeishan
will be canceled for the safety of the tourists.

breakfast. Lunch and supper will be Chinese food. In Beijing
you will have Beijing Duck, in Sichuan
you will have Sichuan
traditional food.
