Services to be included:
- Prices include car
with a driver and English-speaking guide
- Prices DOES NOT
include the toll fees during the service period
- Extra hour charges
must be honored by written forms from Travelnet or it will be collected on
spot by the guide
Booking Terms:
- Booking
application (with full names and flight details) from the customer must be
received by Travelnet 4 working days in advance prior arrival
- Acceptance of
booking subject to final confirmation issued by Travelnet to the customer
- If Travelnet is
NOT able to provide the specific vehicle as required, Travelnet will inform the customer with 4 working hours and
Travelnet will recommend a vehicle or similar class
- Late booking or
confirmation from the customer may result rejections from Travelnet due to unavailability of vehicles as required
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation or
Amendment received by Travelnet less than 3 working days for Guangzhou will be subjected to a service charge 30% of the full price
- Cancellation or
Amendment received by Travelnet less than 2 working days for Guangzhou
will be subjected to a service charge 60% of the full price
- No show will be
charged full fare
Transportation and Tour Reservation Responsibilities and Conditions:
Travelnet Ltd is acting as the travel agent in the car reservation and tour
arrangements, all confirmation and coupons issued by Travelnet will be subject
to the terms and conditions of the transportation or tour suppliers in China,
Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan.
The transportation or tour suppliers are independent contractors and are not
employees or agents of Travelnet. In using this services, Travelnet is not
liable for any damages, loss, accident, injury, delay which may incur by any
reason or by default of any company, or by defect of any vehicle, or by
negligence of any person, or default of tour or car or hotel operator, or by
connection of any weather, strikes, thefts, sickness, quarantine, force majeure
or acts of God. |
