Cancellation or no show:
If cancellation is made less than 8 working hours prior to the reserved service time or no show, there will be a full charge of the limousine service fee.

Terms of Services:

1. All transfer rates are based on Mercedes Benz (E-class E230), driver service tips & luggage handling charges are inclusive

2. Tunnel tolls and bridge toll for Airport transfer & Local transfer are inclusive

3. Full charge will be applied for No Show or Cancellation less than 2 working day before the service

4. Additional transition charge of HKD150 will be charged for each extra stop en-route to destination

5. The maximum capacity of luggage compartment is the limit of luggage handling limit

6.  Additional charge of HKD190 will be applied (based on E230 price) if new model S320 or Long Benz is required.

7.  Tunnel tolls, bridge tolls and parking fee for On-Hire services and Sightseeing tour are excluded

8. Service between 00:00-05:00 requires extra HKD260.00 per trip

9.  Liability for loss or damage to baggage is limited to total loss HKD500.00 per piece and a maximum claim of HKD1, 000.00 in the case of one passenger irrespective of any number of baggages claimed

10. Travelnet Ltd assumes no liability for any loss of property or valuable articles inside the baggage; any loss of personal belongings in the vehicle, fragile or perishable articles and any legal fees and cost of any kind relating to the passenger's claim

11. Booking application (with full names and flight details) from the customer must be received by Travelnet 4 working days in advance prior arrival.

12.  Acceptance of booking subject to final confirmation issued by Travelnet to the customer.
