1) This is Join-In Tour, the tourist members are in one group of tourists. As long as you sign in the tour and make your payment at the required date, the tour will be conducted as scheduled.

2) Tour Reservation must be received by Orientaltravel.com at least 60 days before departure in advance.

3) 50% deposit is required for reservation and the balance of 50% is payable 40 days before tour departure.

4) If the tour group is not formed by any reason, we will inform you 40 days before the tour departure date. We will offer you with a new quotation based on the number of persons who confirmed the tour. If you do not accept the new offer, we will refund you the deposit.

If the tour group of 10 persons is not formed, we will offer you with a new quotation based on the number of persons who confirmed the tour. If you do not accept the new offer, we will refund you the deposit.
