Shenzhen Car Rental Services

This service price will be quoted upon request. 

 

Services to be included:

  1. Prices include car with a driver and English-speaking guide
  2. Prices DOES NOT include the toll fees during the service period
  3. Extra hour charges must be honored by written forms from Oriental Travel or it will be collected on spot by the guide

Booking Terms:

  1. Booking application (with full names and flight details) from the customer must be received by Oriental Travel 4 working days in advance prior arrival
  2. Acceptance of booking subject to final confirmation issued by Oriental Travel to the customer
  3. If Oriental Travel is NOT able to provide the specific vehicle as required, Oriental Travel will inform the customer with 4 working hours and Oriental Travel will recommend a vehicle or similar class
  4. Late booking or confirmation from the customer may result rejections from Oriental Travel due to unavailability of vehicles as required

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Cancellation or Amendment received by Oriental Travel less than 2 working days will be subjected to a service charge 30% of the full price
  2. Cancellation or Amendment received by Oriental Travel less than 1 working day will be subjected to a service charge 60% of the full price
  3. No show will be charged full fare

 

Transportation and Tour Reservation Responsibilities and Conditions:

Oriental Travel is acting as the travel agent in the car reservation and tour arrangements, all confirmation and coupons issued by Oriental Travel will be subject to the terms and conditions of the transportation or tour suppliers in China, Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan. The transportation or tour suppliers are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Oriental Travel. In using this services, Oriental Travel is not liable for any damages, loss, accident, injury, delay which may incur by any reason or by default of any company, or by defect of any vehicle, or by negligence of any person, or default of tour or car or hotel operator, or by connection of any weather, strikes, thefts, sickness, quarantine, force majeure or acts of God.
